CANCELLATION POLICY
• Cancellations & Rescheduling: Please provide at least 24 hours" notice for cancellations or rescheduling. This allows us to accommodate other clients. Otherwise a fee may apply. • Late reschedule fee — $30: A $30 fee applies to same-day reschedules or cancellations made This fee may be required before a new appointment is booked. • No-Shows: Failure to show up for your appointment without notice will result in a charge of 50% of the service price. • Late Arrivals: Arriving late may result in a shortened service time to respect the schedule of other clients. If you're more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled, and a late cancellation fee may apply.
